Welcome to Americans Foundations (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our QFS System Card (“Card”) through our website https://americans-foundations.com/ (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase or use our Card.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Card. By using our Website and purchasing the Card, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Nature of the QFS System Card
a. Our QFS System Card is a collectible item and has no functional utility, monetary value, or investment potential.
b. Buyers do not receive intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or any other ownership rights in the Card beyond personal ownership.
c. Once purchased, the Card may be resold, transferred, or gifted at the buyer’s discretion.
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through our authorized payment providers. We accept credit cards and PayPal as payment methods. Refunds are available within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
Prohibited Uses
By purchasing our QFS System Card, you agree not to:
a. Use it for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
b. Misrepresent its value, function, or origin.
c. Associate our Card with activities that violate any applicable laws.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion if we believe there is a valid reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of our Card or services.
Limitation of Liability
a. Our QFS System Card is sold as-is with no guarantees, warranties, or future utility.
b. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or mismanagement of the Card after purchase.
c. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of the Card.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Serbia.
b. Any disputes shall be resolved through standard legal channels in Serbia.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if:
a. You violate these Terms of Service.
b. You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our Website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
