At Americans Foundations, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your QFS T-Card purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
a. Be the original buyer of the QFS T-Card. Refunds are not available for purchases made from third parties.
b. Submit your refund request within 60 days of purchase.
c. Ensure that the QFS T-Card has not been resold or transferred to another party. If the Card has been resold, we cannot process a refund for the second-hand owner. Only the original buyer may request a refund and must return the Card to us.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@americans-foundations.com with the following details:
a. Your order confirmation number
b. The email address used for the purchase
We operate on a no-questions-asked refund policy, meaning you do not need to provide a reason for your refund request.
Refund Process & Timeline
a. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
c. All refund-related fees (such as transaction fees) will be deducted from the refund amount and must be covered by the buyer.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted if:
a. The QFS T-Card has been resold or transferred to another person. Only the original buyer may request a refund and must return the Card.
b. The refund request is made after 60 days from the purchase date.
Changes to This Policy
